1. Project Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of a project by submitting a written request via email at optimussolutions295@gmail.com.
2. Before Work Begins
If a cancellation request is received before any work has started, any advance payment made may be refunded after deducting applicable payment processing or administrative charges.
3. After Work Has Started
Once project planning, design, development, consultation, or any other work has commenced, cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund. Charges will be calculated based on the work completed up to the date of cancellation.
4. Completed Services
No cancellations or refunds will be provided for services that have been fully completed, delivered, or approved by the client.
5. Subscription & Maintenance Services
Monthly or annual maintenance, hosting, SEO, or digital marketing services may be cancelled by providing at least 30 days’ written notice. Charges already billed or incurred are non-refundable.
6. Custom Software & Website Development
Since these services are customized according to client requirements, cancellations after development has begun may result in partial or no refund, depending on the project stage.
7. Delay by Client
If a project is delayed for more than 30 days due to the client’s failure to provide required information, approvals, or materials, OPTIMUS SOLUTIONS reserves the right to place the project on hold or close it. Any future work may require a revised quotation and timeline.
