2. Advance Payments

All advance payments are non-refundable as they are used for project planning, resource allocation, and initial development work.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Project not started after payment (within agreed timeframe)
  • Duplicate payment made in error
  • Failure to deliver service due to internal reasons

4. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued in cases of:

  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Delay caused by client-side communication or content
  • Completed or partially completed work
  • Service dissatisfaction without valid technical reason
